Treat yourself to a fun weekend on the North Shore of a frozen lake Superior. At the BLU Ice Bar, we offer an extraordinary experience that includes a weekend surrounded by the 60,000lb of ice that was used in this year’s Ice bar. The BLU Ice Bar theme is Lake Superior light houses, and adding to the magic is our unique aurora borealis wall. It is sure a sight to marvel.

  • One North Shore Sushi served in the BLU Ice Bar on a platter made out of ice.
  • One set of our signature oyster shooters served in a glass made out of ice.

OYSTER OFFERINGS
Oyster Shooters -Malpeque oysters from Prince Edward Island served in ice shooters available in the following preparations. Prepared individually $5 per shooter or four for $15
  • Patron Margarita – Patron Silver, Sweet and Sour and Triple Sec
  • Bloody Oyster – Vodka with our House Mix of Bloody-Mary Mix
  • Limón cello – House made Limon cello

Oysters on the Half Shell
-Choose from New England Blue Points or our daily specialty offering shucked to order and served in the half dozen ($14) or a Full Dozen for ($20) with chipotle cocktail sauce, fresh lemon and red wine mignonette.

  • Castle Danger Roll –Smoked Lake Superior Lake Trout, Avocado, Pickled Carrots & Whitefish Caviar. $9
