State Park Hiker's and Biker's Package
One of the best amenities of Grand Superior Lodge is our location, right on the North Shore of Lake Superior and in close proximity to North Shore State Parks.  We’re just 2-miles from Gooseberry River and the Gooseberry  Falls State Park and 9-miles from Split Rock Lighthouse.  In addition to the natural beauty of Lake Superior, Minnesota State Parks offer regular naturalist programs and miles of trails for both hiking and biking.

New to Scenic Highway 61 is a 3.5 mile section of the Gitchi Gammi State Trail that runs between the Hwy. 61 Bridge at Gooseberry Falls State Park and the Split Rock River.  This is a paved bike path that offers safe biking with breathtaking views of the lake.

Trek bikes are available for guest use at no charge.

Your State Park Hiker's and Biker's Package will include:

• One day vehicle pass good at all MN State Parks
• Two water bottles
• Two carabineers with compass
• Superior National Hiking Trail Map
• No Charge, when added at time of reservation to any (non-discounted) stay of two or more nights, any room type
• Package must be requested at time reservation is made to qualify for free offer.

This offer is available at no charge only when requested when making your reservation. This package can not be combined or included with any other promotion special or group package.

One day pass per room and one pass per visit. Restrictions may apply.  The pass will allow vehicle entry into any MN State Park on one day specified.  This is the official MN DNR State park Day Pass and is governed by
all applicable rules and regulations.
