Arugula with blood orange, strawberries, wild rice popcorn & lodge-made lingonberry vinaigrette

Served with lodge-baked Wild Rice Baguette and lingonberry butter.

  • Lake Superior Smoked Trout Cake on field greens tossed in a citrus honey vinaigrette
  • Herbed Goat Cheese & Sweet Onion Marmalade Tartlets
  • Pan Seared Frog Legs w/ balsamic brown butter

Entrees (choose one)

  • Filet Mignon & Cold Water Lobster Tail
    Char broiled petite filet of beef tenderloin paired with a Canadian lobster tail served with purple potato hash, gorgonzola & blackberry Napoleon & smoked apple-wood bacon wrapped broccolini.
  • Eric's Seafood Cioppino
    Pacific mussels, little neck clams, smoked gulf shrimp & Mahi-Mahi, simmered with caramelized fennel, basil stem, cherry tomato puree, chili peppers & cabernet sauvignon, drizzled with lemon zest aioli and served with grilled ciabatta toast. 
  • Grilled Lamb Chops
    Pine-nut & mustard seed encrusted petite lamb chops w/ apple mint chutney, smoked sugar maple quinoa & sautéed flowering kale.
  • Tenderloin of Minnesota Pork
    Apple cider & cinnamon marinated grilled pork tenderloin medallions with a smoked tomato chili sauce, grilled roasted granny smith apple & brie polenta wedge & sautéed flowering kale.
  • Blood Orange Marmalade Chicken
    100% all natural, organic chicken thighs, grilled and roasted and served on wild mushroom risotto topped with blood orange marmalade with sautéed flowering kale.

  • Chocolate Bread Pudding with Grand Marnier crème Anglaise and fresh Blueberries
  • Lemon Sorbet w/ lodge-made Strawberry Preserves and candied Lemon Zest
