Meet Chef Dan

Q: What is your kitchen alias?
A: My kitchen Alias is: "LOG" short for my last name "Lageson" or "M.R." short for Mr. Lageson

Q: Why were you drawn to the North Shore?
A: I've always loved the beauty of the North Shore and have said for some time that at some point in my life I want to live and work on the north shore. Needless to say that my wife and I share the same passion for this area and it wasn't a tough decision to relocate here!

Q: When did you know you would be a chef?
A: Unconsciously at the age of six when I used to play restaurant in my parent's basement.

Q: What is your favorite cuisine to cook?
A: I love to challenge myself culinarily, so to cook food that I've never made and share a nicely paired wine with is always exciting and gratifying especially when its end result is a good one. I can say that I've created plenty of disasters in the kitchen as well as masterpieces, practice, practice, practice!!!
