Inland Fishing Trips with Blake Yorde
Whether you're casting a spinnerbait for a bass, pike or musky, or looking to catch a walleye or panfish dinner, there's no one who knows how to make lasting memories out of beautiful northern Minnesota better than our guide Blake Yorde. Fishing is great in the mornings and evenings usually, but targeting multiple species in a day proves to fill in the midday hours with bass and pike, and many wildlife photo opportunities. Sunscreen, sunglasses and bug spray is definitely recommeneded
Blake can also guide you on a Steelhead fishing trip using fly fishing equipment. You'll need to provide your own waders and licenses. Two people are generally the maximum for this type of trip.
In the winter request a Guided Ice Fishing trip in our new Eskimo Quickfish 6 ice house or two other portable houses that can be used in many of the inland lakes in the area. Chairs, rods, tip-ups, fish finders and all equipment is provided, all you need to bring is a little luck.
Blake Yorde grew up in Duluth and still resides there with his fiance Joyanna and his fishing partner, their 2 year old Alaskan Malamute Sage. Blake averages between 150 and 200 days per year fishing. CPR and First Aid certified this guide even has his USCG Captain's License so if safety was ever a concern, rest assured Blake's competent in any situation. Whether you'd like to catch Northern, Muskies, Walleye, Panfish or Bass this summer, Blake's your man. With a paddling expert at the helm, Blake will be guiding canoe trips into the hinterlands of the North Shore for a relaxing day of paddling, fishing, and enjoyment of what the 'shore' really has to offer.
