Enjoying a massage will enhance your relaxing getaway, romantic getaway, or your getaway to explore the great outdoors.

Our certified massage therapists offer a variety of massage styles and techniques:


Relaxation Massage

A relaxing full-body massage that works with the surface tissue, promoting relaxation and all around well-being by using gentle strokes to improve circulation and flush out toxins.

Swedish Massage

This is similar to a general relaxation massage but more energizing.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep pressure based on your tolerance, to help relieve pain.

Hot Stone Massage

A very relaxing, full body massage, incorporating hot stones applied with gentle strokes that encourage a deep sense of warmth, relaxation, and well-being. A full body massage will take 90 minutes.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Also known as Trigger Point Therapy. This is a deep, very specific work for pain in a specific area.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A series of particular rhythmic, light strokes along lymphatic vessels to provide lymph drainage, improve fluid flow, and accelerate detoxification.

Sports Massage

This is a special form of massage and is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relive swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.

Geriatric Massage

This massage is for persons age 75 or older. Geriatric differs from regular massage by using modifications of standard techniques. Deep work is avoided and treatment time is typically 30 minutes, but may vary from person to person.

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage

This massage provides both physical and emotional benefits by reducing stress and promoting relaxation to help relieve muscle spasms and cramps, especially in the lower back, hips and legs. This is done is a side lying position and is very comfortable and safe.

We offer 1 hour, 1 ½ hour, and Hot Stone massages.
